| Name: Emiko Clan Abilities: The Kekkei genkai of the Emiko clan is known as the Jagan Eye that comes with a demon which is the source of the clans abilities. The level of KG that can be reached depends on whether or not the member of the clan has gained dominance over the demon within to a point in which they have even absorbed the demon himself. Unactivated: the covered up form of the jagan eye and auto activated it allows the user to use fire and ice style ninjutsu with a – 2 to the cost as well as use them without use of handsigns. They can use Hyouton as long as they have Suiton as an element No mastery of it at all: the Jagan eye it is activated by removing the white head band that covers their third eye. When this happens there is a burst of chakra that removes the clothes from the upper torso as the skin turns green and the body gets covered in eyes there speed is increased by an amount equivalent to there rank with a – 1 chakra per turn and a B rank activation cost (D Rank) 25%=genin 37.5%=High Genin 50%= chuunin 62.5 = Sp. Jounin 75%= Jounin 87.5%= Anbu 100%= Sannin/Kage Minimum mastery: the clan member has obtained some control over the jagan eye it allows access to the powers of the demon realm though with limited control and the attacks from the demon world are like a double edge sword damaging the user as well. Has a C rank Cost (B) Total Mastery: the final stage of the Jagan eye the user now has a tattoo on there primary arm of a black dragon that wraps around it that tattoo is in fact a sign that the user has total control over the jagan eye gaining the ability to use its powers without none of its side effects or without ever worrying about losing themselves to it has a B-rank activation cost and no additional cost attached (A rank) Jutsu’s that come with the Clan Unactivated - Spoiler:
Jutsu Name: Cryokinesis
Description: Passive Kg
Effect: Allows the user to manipulate water molecules giving them complete control over water and ice. This jutsu allows ice to be one of the primary elements and the user can also turn a water style attack into an ice style or just freeze a wet opponent. Through there ability to control water molecules they no longer need to perform hand signs for water and ice style and now performs them at a -2 cost

Description: Taijutsu
Effect: the user moves at blinding speed slashing with there sword cutting there opponent 18 times aiming for non vital spots to keep the user feeling the pain without killing them. Though this attack can be changed to become lethal when the user has had enough fun inflicting pain

Every punch and kick that the user throws gets surrounded by a Black dragon that shines so brightly that it almost appears to be white Rank: S Handseal Length: N/A[/spoiler] Description: The Emiko clan lives in the village of kumogakure the first one of which was born of a member of the Hyouton Bloodline and one of the Kaji Clan. At the time he was born those two clans were in the middle of the family feud. His parents where casted out of their respected clans with the knowledge that if they were ever seen again they would be killed on the spot. Members of the Emiko Clan at first had the unique ability to access the percentage of there brain that allow for both Cryokinesis (ability to manipulate water molecules) which they inherited from the Hyouton bloodline and Pyrokinesis which they inherited from the Kaji clan. There clan was so powerful that about two generations in a demon heard with similar powers to them searched them out with a deal that he proposed to the head of the clan. The deal was that if he could be bested by the leader he would give them some of his powers but if he couldn’t then every future generation would serve the demon after they died till the end of time. After days of fighting the leader and the demon were extremely tired and could barely move it was then that the demon made his mistake and charged at the leader of the clan who raised his blade and the demon literally fell on the leaders blade and the demon kept his word though at first it didn’t seem like it cause the demons power did not appear till the next generation was born. When that happened the demon returned with a warning about the power that he gave them “the Jagan has its own personality and unfortunately that was the only way I could transfer some of my power to your clan. Until you are sure that you have complete control over it use it only as a last resort use this cloth made from my hair to create a head band to cover the eye to keep it dormant” Symbol:  | |
