This clan is only activated through the eye at late chuunin early jounin. The eye description is yellow but a black cross on the pupal


Weakness: the weakness is water and earth and the fact that is drains 15% chakra every 5min

Name:Jousen Clan

History:
The jousen clan is that of a clan which each member are called gods or goddesses of lightning their goal is to keep order into the balance of dark and light even if not controlling both elements. this clan only goes by honor. the clan was created when the founded member: Usagi Jousen made a gauntlet that controlled lightning but the gountlet broke sending chakra vibes of no other power into her chakra flow creating it to spark from the fore fingure and the palm of the user. they now called their hands the hands of judgment in which if the opponent was guilty they would wipe him or her off the face of the earth then thats when usagi over used her power to take control as the second domanint bloodline till she had died but gave birth to one child and only one survivor of the clan now takes pride in her name Ichi Uni Jousen, all in which she used her powers for good and over threw her mother and took the thrown to be as hers but never mis used her powers for the lights of her mother. The clan was given a certain eye said to belive that it was given by hikari her self this eye let the user amplify the power in lightning making the eye obtainable through chuunin and jounin. the eye was yellow with a thick and black cross on the pupal. Scince this occurance ichi sealed the jousen clan till she was to bere new members worthy of the power to never use as evil just like her mother and if that was to happen she would be to seal the power from the member for ever bannishing the member from the clan.
