The leader dosen't but that dosen't mean you can take her place. The leader is Hina and the clan is called Kuni clan.

ok cuz i got ppl from a site that just died where i had made this clan i had like 7 members

um rey you need to read this more often in this clan it is said they are masters of blades how that is true with kuni clan but the kuni clan turn their body parts into blades as this clan does not. so i will approve of this clan only if you change the name (shikaku is a bijuu not a clan lol) and take of the slowing time ability that is known as god mod my friend but other than that i find it suitable of approval
