Name: Ice collection
Rank: E
Description: A basic ninjutsu that allows the user to create Ice from the moisture in the air by freezing the moisture with the user's ice element and then pulling it together. This jutsu requires no handsigns, and is merely used by ice nin when there is no source of ice around for their jutsu.


Name: Ice Sword Jutsu
Rank: D
Description: User forms a sharp sword sword of ice, to slash enemies


Name: Ice Shield Jutsu
Rank: D
Description: Drawbacks(optional): Shield is a little heavy, makes movement a bit slower


Name: Ice Ball Jutsu
Rank: D
Description: User preforms handsigns and shoot a small ball of ice out of there mouths or hand, the more practice the more natural it becomes and soon enough you won't have to use handsigns


Name: Ice Style: Ice Fist
Rank: D
Description: The user performs a couple quick hand signs, then condenses ice around his fist, into a hard glove. This technique boosts the damage of his punches greatly, and if the attack connects it can cut the victim from the ridges on the ice. If done with enough force, the ice will break, doing even more damage. However this obviously ends the technique.

Description: User preforms handsigns and a dome of ice sprouts out of the ground protecting the user


Name: Ice Style: Ice Shurikens
Rank: C
Description: The user will create shurikens using Ice. The shurikens themselves are just solid ice but are packed together and the edges sharpened. They are self propelled so the user is able to move accordingly. He/she must have snow or ice in their hands before or right after they perform the hand signs for the jutsu to work.


Name: Ice Release: Ice Prison Technique
Rank: C
Description: The user will perform the needed hand signs, and then slam their hand into the ground. Then large masses of ice begin to erect from the ground, in the direction of the opponent. If the enemy is touched, or part of their body, by the ice, it will quickly encase them and freeze them there. With enough experience in ninjutsu, the user can send two trails of ice at the opponent. The ice can also grow to larger heights to reach the opponent in the air. Finally, the ice can be raised in front of the user as a shield. All the extra moves require excellent chakra control.

Description: Ice coats the users lips and when the user kisses the opponent they become frozen

Description: User preforms handsigns and wings made of ice sprout out of the back , Wings are extremely strong so they can also cover user to form a protective shield


Name: ice scattering clone jutsu

Description: when the opponent hits the clone that clone will explode and sharp ice will scatter out in an 10 foot radius in all directions cutting the opponent

Name: poision ice scattering clone jutsu
Rank: A
Description: same as ice scattering clone jutsu except that the ice it coated with a deadly poision only know to the snow village anbu and kage, this poision slows down the opponents reflexes and reactions and slowly and slowly and unknowingly starts to kill them.

Description: The user preforms a small row of handseals, and a snowflake appears on their left eye, this new eye will give and advantage in Rukia jutsu's and will allow user to preform newer jutsu's, once eye is used it become premanent on the user's left eye.


Name: Kourigan Masking
Rank: A
Description: This jutsu was invented by Yuki Rukia, the jutsu allows the user to mask the kourigan mark on their left eye making it appear normal and sealing the abilities of the eye until it is activated again

Description: ( very much like gaara's sand skin just and ice version ) User covers skin with a thin layer of ice making softening all attacks


Name: Ice Beam Jutsu
Rank: A
Description: When user activates their Rukia eye(Kourigan) the user preforms a row a handseals and a gaint ice beam shoots out of the users left eye , the beam can freeze people instantly but is mostly used to freeze massive fire jutsus


Name: Ice Tendril Jutsu

Description: When rukia eye(Kourigan) is activates the user will preform a long row of handseal and slam their hand on the ground, the earth will begin to shake and massive ice tendrils will sprout out of the ground, these tendrils are able to block attacks, stab, slash, warp around , and squeeze opponents, tendrils are best used against a large amount of shinobi.
