Downsides-makes me dizy and can't use jutsu for 1 day if use level 3 or over

this clan is doujutsu clan they restrain and out burst chakra through their eyes it is a clan that has many abilities but only one can be obtained...the borikatsu clan is the clan of whats known as the deadly eye or the eyes of fortune and misfortune...this clan manipulate things such as machinery or turning earth into machinery but thats the misfortune part the fortune part is that it can create buildings and beautiful structures it can create ice, crystals, water, water buildings that could never crumble, ect. Though all clan members are blind these eyes are called fortune and misfortune eyes but because of that they can only use it for protection unless in first state then they can see till the third eye is reached then they must keep eyes shut and stay blind unless needed to use
