Description: The user creates a tornado of wind or hurricane to suck up multiple enemies. The enemy will be crush and shredded (possibly die) in the tornado adn they cannot move a muscle becasue fo the wind pressure and mass. Projectiles sucked up by the tornado can be used to hit the opponent inside the storm.

The user sends a chakra singal to the heavens and take control of the clouds in the sky. these clouds of thunder can be manipulated by the user and attack multiple enemies with dangerous and advanced lighting dragons, ready to strike down on opponent's skull. These dragons travel at an accurate and steady rate.
